All transactions are conducted on an encrypted secured server. Please be aware, if you are applying for a new or renewing a license, permit, or registration then this electronic renewal procedure will ask for personal identifiable information including credit or debit card information.
For licenses with a fee, after you complete the transaction process, you will be able to print a receipt. All transactions submitted via Internet are processed as applications and are subject to verification. All processed application payments are non-refundable. If the pending transaction is approved, the appropriate license, permit, or registration will be sent to you within five business days.
Additionally, please be aware, if you are not in compliance with your commercial marine fishing report or commercial marine dealer report requirements, you may not be able to renew online. You must fulfill all report requirement responsibilities, before you are eligible to renew the license. This additionally includes resolving any citations issued by the Civil Resource Violation System.
DAR reserves the right to refuse to issue a license to any person who does not provide complete and accurate information.
